These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your organization’s access to and use of our software-as-a-service platform and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.

1. Accounts & Access

  • Access to the Service requires a registered business account.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized users from your organization access and use the Service.

  • Account credentials must be kept secure. Your organization is responsible for all activity under its accounts.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees and billing terms are communicated separately.

  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or contract.

  • We may change fees with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Acceptable Use

You and your authorized users must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

  • Upload or transmit content that infringes the rights of others or introduces harmful code.

4. Service Availability

  • We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

  • Planned maintenance or updates may temporarily affect access.

  • We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems such as networks, hosting providers, or integrations.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Service and its content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law.

  • Your organization is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the subscription term.

  • You retain ownership of data and content you submit to the Service. We may process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

  • Your organization may terminate its account at any time, subject to contractual obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws stipulated in your individual contract. Disputes will be resolved in the courts thereof.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
